Our team at Brooke Nix Medical Aesthetics is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, full-time Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional patient care while supporting our providers with both clinical and administrative responsibilities.
 
What you’ll do:
💉 Provide chair-side assistance to providers
🩺 Prepare exam rooms, es**rt patients, and maintain accurate charting documentation
📚 Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and recommended services/products
💖 Creates a patient-centered experience
📋 Assist with patient loyalty rewards programs and administrative duties
✨ Well-organized and attentive to detail
🚘 Ability to travel to Maryville and Knoxville locations
 
We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Experience in a medical or aesthetics setting preferred
✔️ Strong communication and patient relations skills
✔️ Provides elevated, personalized patient care
✔️ Thrives in a fast-paced medspa environment with ability to multitask and work efficiently as a team
✔️ Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and wellness
