🦋 From Caterpillar to Butterfly! 🦋

We’ve been keeping a close eye on three chrysalises over the last couple of weeks, thanks to the caterpillars that Cathy Law generously shared with us at the beginning of August. And now… all three butterflies have officially been released! 🥰🦋

It was so much fun watching the entire process up close—from caterpillar to chrysalis to beautiful butterfly! Our residents loved being able to experience this transformation firsthand.

We also have several residents who were teachers and had done this very same activity in their own classrooms over the years. Watching the butterflies emerge brought back some wonderful memories and created plenty of excitement and conversation! 💕📚

A huge thank you to Cathy for making this special experience possible for our residents! We are so grateful for the opportunity to learn, reminisce, and enjoy a little bit of nature together. 🦋❤️

Reunited! ❤️

We had our 2nd lunch outing in St. Joseph with the residents and staff of Oak Pointe of Kearney! It was so much fun getting together again and sharing an afternoon filled with good food, great service, and even better company! 🥰

It was an honor to serve others in our community by volunteering at the Senior Center! ❤️ Even more special was being able to bring some of our residents along for an afternoon out. They enjoyed visiting, connecting with others, and seeing some familiar faces along the way! 🥰

We are so grateful for opportunities like these that allow our residents to stay connected and involved in our wonderful community! 💙

🚗✨ What a beautiful day for a car show! ✨🚗 🏁

Our residents and guests had a fantastic time admiring the classic cars, listening to some beautiful classic tunes, and enjoying some good old-fashioned fun! ❤️ There’s nothing quite like seeing these beautiful automobiles and hearing the stories they bring back.

A huge thank you to everyone who brought their cars and spent the day with us! And big shout out to our always amazing performers, Ben and Lauren Johnson! We’re already looking forward to the next one. 🏁😊

🦋 From Caterpillar to Butterfly! 🦋

Our residents are getting a front-row seat to one of nature’s most beautiful transformations! 💚

A special thank-you to the kind soul, Cathy Law, who brought in Monarch caterpillars for our residents to observe and enjoy. We can’t wait to watch these little caterpillars grow, form their chrysalises, and eventually emerge as beautiful butterflies! 🌿🦋

It’s such a wonderful reminder that sometimes the smallest moments can bring the biggest smiles. 💕
