What should you know about assisted living or full time care BEFORE you ever need it? Many of us put our head in the sand and just hope we never need to think about moving out of our home or needing more assistance....but that's not a great strategy. It can be a scary topic, but it doesn't have to be. Come join the Golden Years Education Conference and the Aging Services Panel breakout session. Many experts from various locations will be there to answer questions, and share what all of us should know well before we may need those services.

Golden Years Education Conference, Monday June 15th. Register by calling 641-422-4358 or show up that morning at 8:30am at NIACC and register.

Opportunities to hear these tips from various providers on the same stage doesn't happen. We've got them for you! Bring your tough questions!

This was the week….our new Rock Steady Mason City Home! We are thankful we could start in the YMCA over 8yrs ago…to Southbridge Mall for the past 1yr…to now this great space! 642 S. Pennsylvania in Mason City (east of Harley Davidson)

We have the new floor we raised money and grants for, we don’t have a 1yr lease where we don’t know if the city will change plans or change critical parking spots.

Thank you to everyone that helped us get here. Boxers, coaches, Volunteers, Grants funding, family, Austin&team…. We love it! We all appreciate that it’s a huge village that is what makes this program and support group what it is. On behalf of all the folks that walk in this space every week….THANK YOU for being part of that village!
