To every teacher crawling toward summer break on caffeine, Post-it notes, dry shampoo and pure grit…

WE SEE YOU 😂
I serve so many of you.

These last few weeks of school are no joke.
Field days. Missing assignments. End of year chaos. Kids emotionally feral by 1:17pm.

And somehow you’re still showing up loving our babies well.

From a coach perspective, can I remind you of something?

This season does not require perfection. It requires support.

Small choices still count:
• protein instead of surviving on crackers from the classroom party
• water before the 4th iced coffee
• a 10 minute walk to regulate stress
• going to bed instead of revenge scrolling
• remembering one “off” meal doesn’t erase your progress

You do not need to overhaul your life in May.

You just need your next right thing.

Your nervous system, hormones and energy matter too.

Previous me would’ve jumped on #2. 😂
And listen… I get her. Still.

But honestly?
Midlife me is choosing #4 all day long.

Not because I hate cooking.

But because DECISION FATIGUE is real.

The mental load of:
“What’s for dinner?”
“Did I hit protein yet?”
“Why am I standing in the pantry again?”
“Do I need carbs today or not?”

THAT is the exhausting part for so many women.

And the truth is…
I’ve actually fallen in love with the journey.

I like training.
I like challenging myself.
I like teaching others new tricks.
I like proving to myself I can do hard things.
I like the grit of becoming her.

Is that weird? 😂

There’s something empowering about building strength instead of wishing for easy.

But wow… having every meal curated, balanced for my macros, ready to go with zero thought involved?

That would heal a small part of me immediately. 🤣
