Yoga on the Park for Runners Update!
🌳🧘‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

I wanted to give everyone an update! My original plan was to start the classes in July, but unfortunately that didn’t happen because I was waiting for my park permit, which was finally approved yesterday.

This is my first time organizing classes in the park, so I had no idea the permit process would take this long. It’s all part of the learning experience, you learn by doing!

The good news is we’ll officially be starting the first week of August! 🎉

📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays
🕗 8:00 AM

The flyer with all the details will be posted soon !

Thank you to everyone who’s reached out asking, “When are you starting?” I truly appreciate your excitement and support. I can’t wait to share these mornings with you.

Imagine beginning your day with yoga, breathwork, movement, and meditation surrounded by nature. There really isn’t a better way to start the morning.

I hope to see you there! 🌳 💚

I’m still feeling congested and battling a headache from inhaling all that awful smoke from the Canadian wildfires last week. It’s amazing how long it can linger. I can still feel it stuck in my sinuses. Today I finally had time to give myself an acupuncture treatment, and it was exactly what my body needed.

If you’re still dealing with congestion, sinus pressure, headaches, or just haven’t felt quite right since the poor air quality, acupuncture can help open up your sinuses and get things moving again thus relieving your headache.

I have a few openings tomorrow send me a message if you’d like to come in and feel better. 🍃✨

As a runner I’ve been incorporating sauna and cold plunges into my recovery days as part of my weekly wellness routine. I’ve come a long way since my very first cold plunge (check out the last slide 😅). Each time, I’m able to stay in a little longer.
As an acupuncturist, I’ve never been a fan of cold or ice, I usually encourage warmth to support healing. But I’ve also learned that, when used appropriately, cold exposure has its place. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in how my body feels, especially with recovery, and I’ve come to appreciate its benefits.
Here are just a few of the benefits of alternating sauna and cold plunge:
✨ Supports muscle recovery
✨ May help reduce inflammation
✨ Improves circulation
✨ Builds mental resilience
✨ Leaves you feeling refreshed and energized
And honestly…it’s even more fun when you go with friends, but there’s something incredibly peaceful and relaxing about going solo too.

Have you ever tried a cold plunge? ❄️🔥

Happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful mothers out there. 💐. Today we celebrate the women who give endlessly of themselves, the ones who nurture, protect, guide, and love unconditionally. A mother’s love is truly one of the greatest gifts in life.

I’m especially grateful for my own mother and the bond we share. There’s something so powerful and irreplaceable about the connection between a mother and child. Through every season of life, her love, support, and presence have meant more to me than words can fully express.

Not everyone’s journey with motherhood looks the same, but today I honor all mothers, mother figures, and the women who love with a mother’s heart.

Happy Mother’s Day. 🩷

Your tongue tells a story 👅✨

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, tongue diagnosis is one of the most powerful tools we use to understand what’s happening inside the body. The tongue is considered a reflection of your internal health, giving us insight into your organs, circulation, hydration, and overall balance.

Color, shape, coating, and even small details like cracks or teeth marks all help paint a picture of what your body is experiencing.

✨ A pale tongue may suggest Qi deficiency✨ A red tongue can indicate heat or inflammation✨ A thick coating may point to dampness or digestive imbalance.

It’s non-invasive, quick, and incredibly informative allowing us to create a treatment plan tailored specifically to YOU.

Your body is always communicating… sometimes you just have to know where to look 💫

What does your tongue 😛 say?

Frozen shoulder doesn’t just limit your movement, it affects your sleep, your mood, and your quality of life.

Acupuncture with cupping is a powerful, natural way to help:
✨ reduce pain and inflammation
✨ improve range of motion
✨ increase blood flow to the joint
✨ release muscle tension and stagnation
✨ support long-term healing (not just temporary relief)

Chronic pain doesn’t happen overnight and real healing takes consistency. Acupuncture works cumulatively, helping your body restore balance step by step.

If you’ve been struggling with frozen shoulder or ongoing pain, you don’t have to push through it alone.

Healing is possible 💫
