Today, 25 years later, we pause to remember.

We honor the victims. We recognize the first responders who ran toward danger. We hold space for the families and communities forever changed.

We came together to find strength and grieve. We put our differences aside and united in service and helping others. We chose unity. We chose service. We chose hope.

Today do an act of service or spread kindness in remembrance.

We will never forget.

The present moment doesn't judge you. It simply meets you where you are at. Today try to slow down and be present with at least one thing . It could be just simply enjoying a cup of coffee or a cold glass of water. Pay attention to the temperature, the smell, and the feel of it going down your throat. Give yourself a lesson in being fully present in the moment.
We miss so much of our lives going over the past and worrying about the future. Don't let either one dictate how you live today.
For just today love, believe and live.

Life has a way of unfolding, often in ways we don't expect or even understand. All we can control is our reactions and live fully with gratitude and love. Have patience and realize that even during the times of hardship, inconvenience and heartache, there is a lesson for us to learn and grow from.
