🎓✨ Congratulations to the 2026 Yoga Teacher Training Graduates! ✨🎓

After months of study, practice, self-discovery, teaching, laughter, growth, and more than a few moments outside their comfort zones, these incredible women have officially completed their 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

What began as a commitment to learn yoga more deeply became a journey of personal transformation, confidence, connection, and finding each of their unique voices as teachers.

This weekend they completed their finals and demonstrated the knowledge, dedication, and heart that make great yoga teachers. While the certification marks the end of one chapter, it is really the beginning of another as they step forward ready to share yoga with their communities in their own authentic ways.

We are so proud of each of you and grateful for the energy, vulnerability, humor, and support you brought to this training. Watching your growth has been one of the greatest gifts.

Our next Yoga Alliance-approved 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training begins September 2026 and meets one weekend per month through June 2027.

Today’s Yoga Teacher Training finals are officially in the books! 🎓🧘‍♀️

It was a long weekend filled with teaching, studying, presentations, practice teaching, and a whole lot of growth. These women have worked incredibly hard over the past several months, and it showed in every part of their finals.

I couldn’t be more proud of this group. Watching them gain confidence, find their voices, and step into their roles as teachers has been such a privilege. They are leaving this training ready to bring yoga, connection, and positive change to their communities.

Congratulations, graduates! The journey doesn’t end here—it’s just beginning. 💙

Halfway through Yoga Teacher training Finals. There are three classes tomorrow and there are a couple openings if you want to check out these teacher candidates and ask them questions about their training experience at Massena Yoga Studio.

We are so excited for our current Yoga Teacher Training candidates as they complete their final evaluations this weekend!

Over the past several months, these students have immersed themselves in much more than just learning how to teach yoga postures. Our 200-hour Yoga Alliance-approved program explores anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, ethics, communication, and the many real-world skills needed to become a confident and authentic teacher.

This video, created by one of our students, was part of her final project. As part of the training, students learn about marketing, community building, and, most importantly, finding their own unique voice as a teacher.

Watching each student grow into their confidence, discover their strengths, and develop their own teaching style has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. We couldn’t be prouder of this incredible group and look forward to celebrating their accomplishments this weekend.

And as one class prepares to graduate, we’re excited to begin welcoming applications for our next Yoga Teacher Training cohort beginning September 2026. ❤️🧘‍♀️
