I did a thing!

I said earlier this year I was done playing small so…here we are! 🎙️

Having a podcast has been on my vision board for a while now. I thought about it, tossed around ideas, would get imposter syndrome and leave it alone….until recently when the timing feels right.

I officially put myself in the running for Top Host for the chance to record 6 podcast episodes with iHeartRadio!!❤️✨

I want to talk about ALL the things! Women 40+, the highs, the lows, the WTF moments, relationships, motherhood and all the other things in between.

Real life. Real talk.

This was one of those moments where it just pops up in front of you and I can either keep thinking about it and leave it on my vision board or take the chance…so here I am taking the chance!

BUT I need your help!

The first round of voting just opened and to keep moving on I need your votes. You can vote through the link in my bio or stories and I’ll even drop it in the comments below.

And if you feel like sharing this, I would be so grateful! 🙏🫶

Sometimes the question isn’t “Why am I feeling this way?”

It’s “What is this connected to?”

That’s where we get curious with RETURN. We follow what comes forward and explore it to help you understand more about yourself.

You don’t need to know what you’re looking for before you begin.

If this resonates with you, comment or DM me RETURN for information.

Let’s explore together✨
