e integrative philosophy, increasingly popularized by, among others, Deepak Chopra and Andrew Weil, believes that health is more than just the absence of disease; a person is more than their symptoms, and healing requires a whole-person approach. The whole person approach strives to create health and healing as well as treating illness. It is looking at the bigger picture that includes relationships, community, physical environment, and taking into account the person's spiritual and emotional state. Truly finding root causes that underlie the illness and frequently impede upon wellness. At Mattapoisett Wellness we help to empower those by assisting them in making lasting changes that support healing, optimum health, and movement.

Due to the forecast of inclement weather, our Full Moon Flow at Ned’s Point Lighthouse has been moved to Monday, June 1st from 6:30–8:00 PM.

Join Jenn Risio for a beautiful evening of yoga, meditation, reflection, and connection beneath the energy of the rare Blue Moon. We’ll gather by the lighthouse, breathe in the coastal air, and welcome the new month together.

Get ready for the start of our favorite 🎉🎉Lighthouse Yoga Series 🎉🎉 next Saturday, May 25th! Led by the amazing Deb Fraine, it's the kickoff to our season of zen.

When: Every Saturday, from May 25th to Oct 19th
Time: 8:30 – 9:30am

Come join us at Ned’s Point Lighthouse every Saturday for some outdoor yoga (if Mother Nature cooperates!).

We're pumped to kick off our 9th year of this awesome community event. Our top-notch yoga instructors from the South Coast will lead you through a mix of fun, accessible classes that'll leave you feeling amazing.

Picture this: stretching out on the lawn at Ned’s Point, soaking in the sun 🌞and sea breeze, while boats drift by🛥. Pure bliss!

We suggest a $15.00 donation per session, with all proceeds going to help out the South Coast Community.

Just a heads up: you'll need to sign a waiver to join in the fun at each class.
