Have you ever sought out Expertise. Its hard to come by, but when you find it like the write amount of water to a thirsty plant.
Some years ago I decided it was time for me to stop doing my own taxes and find an accountant...again.
I say again because the first time didn't go so well for me. The guy was impressionable, uncaring, and not really helpful.
But was getting to the point where I was spending hours trying to figure out things that I knew an expert could handle far more efficiently than I could. So I shopped around and fortunately made a connection strong connection. Not only did it save me time and money, but I learned things from him that improved the way I think about finances altogether and I'll never do my taxes alone again.
Fitness is very similar.
Most people are fully capable of improving their health.
The problem usually isn’t intelligence or effort.
It’s overwhelm.
People are already mentally exhausted before they even begin:
What workout should I do?
Am I eating correctly?
How often should I train?
Am I doing enough?
What if I’m wasting my time?
That constant decision-making drains people before consistency ever has a chance to develop.
A good coach doesn’t just provide workouts.
They reduce confusion.
They provide structure.
They help you focus on what actually matters.
They guide you through the process instead of forcing you to figure everything out alone.
And just like hiring an accountant, you don’t pick a coach randomly.
You look for someone you trust.
Someone who understands your goals.
Someone who helps you feel confident moving forward.
