Have you ever sought out Expertise. Its hard to come by, but when you find it like the write amount of water to a thirsty plant.

Some years ago I decided it was time for me to stop doing my own taxes and find an accountant...again.

I say again because the first time didn't go so well for me. The guy was impressionable, uncaring, and not really helpful.

But was getting to the point where I was spending hours trying to figure out things that I knew an expert could handle far more efficiently than I could. The two biggest reasons people delay improving their health:

1️⃣ Self-Justification

“I’m not that unhealthy.”
“I eat some protein and vegetables.”
“That person has way more time than me.”
“I only gained 8 pounds this year.”

We compare ourselves to others and justify our choices through a very subjective lens. But real progress starts with honest awareness — accepting where you are without comparison, excuses, or shame.
