I saw a friend share something recently that really inspired me.
She asked anyone who no longer resonated with her or her work to kindly unfollow—not from anger or rejection, but simply to make space for the people who are meant to find her.
And I realized… I want to ask for that same kindness. 🤍
If I’m no longer your jam, it is completely okay to unfollow me.
If you’re here simply because we’re friends, family, went to school together, or you feel some obligation to stay—consider this your permission to release that obligation. There will be absolutely no hard feelings.
If energy work makes you uncomfortable…
If Kundalini or Reiki feels strange to you…
If trauma healing, ancestral patterns, root-cause healing, herbalism, naturopathic wellness, spirituality, or the mind-body connection aren’t things you resonate with…
That’s okay, too.
We don’t all have to believe the same things or walk the same path. And we definitely don’t have to follow each other on social media just because we know each other in real life. 😂🤍
Because I want this space to reach the people who are searching for what I offer.
The person ready to dive deeper into the patterns they’ve been carrying.
The person who wants to understand the root of what’s happening in their body instead of only looking at the surface.
The person ready to explore trauma and ancestral healing, energy work, herbalism, naturopathic wellness, breathwork, Reiki, Kundalini, and reconnecting with themselves.
Those are the people I want to find me.
My intention with A Mindful Bliss has always been to bring more healing, connection, love, peace, and consciousness into the world in the ways I know how.
So if this work lights something up inside of you—stay. 🤍 Share. Engage. Come deeper. I’m so happy you’re here.
And if it doesn’t, you can lovingly hit that unfollow button.
No drama. No offense. No hard feelings.
Just two people honoring what feels aligned for them.
I’d rather have a smaller community of people who genuinely want to be here than a larger one filled with people who feel obligated to stay.
Let’s make room for the people who need to find
