SPF everyday is the most important part of anyone's routine. It's not just for sunny days at the beach, it's for cloudy days working from home sitting in front of the computer. All of these things contribute to hyperpigmentation and aging.

Not only do we have to worry about UVA and UVB rays but we need to be mindful of HEV's, commonly known as high frequency blue light that we got from our cell phones and laptops.
