🚨 Getting old doesn't have to suck... and I'm going to keep proving it.
Today's topic: foot pain.
Somewhere along the way we've accepted that once we hit 40, 50, or 60, pain is just part of life.
I don't buy it.
What if your foot isn't hurting because you're getting older?
What if it's hurting because your calf and shin have been working overtime for years?
What if those muscles are tight because of a knee injury you forgot about 20 years ago?
What if the problem isn't your age... it's the compensation pattern your body has been living with all this time?
Your body is incredibly good at adapting. It will compensate for an old injury for years... until one day it can't anymore. That's when the pain shows up. And then we blame our age.
I'm not saying every ache disappears with one treatment. But I am saying that before you blame your birthday, start asking better questions.
Because getting older isn't the problem.
Old compensation patterns are.
Just saying. 😉
