The doors are officially OPEN. 💜

I’ve been dreaming about creating this experience for a long time, and it’s finally here.

BE YOU Retreat — November 5–8, 2026
Wisconsin Dells Area

This weekend is for the woman who has been taking care of everyone else, going nonstop, feeling stuck, or quietly thinking…

“I don’t even feel like myself anymore.”

BE YOU is a chance to step away from the noise and responsibilities of everyday life and spend a few days reconnecting with you — who you are, what you want, what matters now, and what you’re ready to leave behind.

We’ll laugh. We’ll connect. We’ll journal. We’ll breathe. We’ll move. We’ll have some fun. And yes… we’re going to have some breakthroughs.

Remember. Release. Rise.

This is intentionally a small-group experience, with the option to stay with us at the retreat home or attend the retreat and stay nearby.

Registration is officially open.

I cannot wait to see who says YES to choosing herself this November. 💜

We live in a world that rewards being busy.

But your body still needs moments where it is not being asked to rush, perform, fix, answer, or keep up.

That is part of why I care so much about creating space to slow down on purpose.

Sometimes when we finally stop moving so fast, we can actually hear what our body has been trying to say… and what we have been trying not to hear.

That is also part of the heart behind the BE YOU Retreat coming up in November — stepping away from the noise long enough to reconnect, reset, and get clear on what you want next.

For today, start smaller.

Do one thing 25% slower and notice what changes.

What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think, “I need to slow down”?

Ever have one of those days where you suddenly look at the clock and think…

Wait… I haven’t eaten since this morning.

Meal timing doesn’t have to be rigid, but your body often does better with some rhythm.

Long stretches without food followed by a huge meal later can make energy, hunger, and cravings feel a lot more chaotic.

The goal isn’t to eat by the clock.

It’s to avoid letting yourself get so depleted that your body is screaming for anything fast.

What’s more like you: forgetting to eat… or getting hungry like clockwork?

Who’s brave enough to join the 5-Minute Morning Light Challenge tomorrow? ☀️😂

Before the phone. Before the email. Before the to-do list takes over…

Step outside for five minutes and let your body know the day has started.

Coffee in hand? Perfect.
Dog with you? Even better.
Still in your slippers and looking half-awake? Honestly, that might be the best version.

Morning light is one of those ridiculously simple habits that can help support your natural sleep-wake rhythm and daytime alertness.

If you’re in, comment ☀️ below.

And tomorrow morning… no backing out when you see your slippers.

Sometimes the best way to prepare for a new week isn’t to do more.

It’s to decide what you want to come back to when life gets busy.

A few simple anchors can make a big difference—things like movement, nourishing meals, getting outside, better sleep, or protecting a little time for yourself.

Keep it realistic. Keep it simple. Keep coming back to it.

What are your 3 non-negotiables for this week?

Sunday is a great day to set the tone for the week ahead.

Pick 3 anchors you want to come back to no matter how busy life gets.

Maybe it’s movement, a bedtime, real meals, time outside, quiet time, or simply making a little more space for yourself.

You don’t need a perfect week.

You just need a few things that help keep you grounded.

What are your 3 anchors this week? Drop them below.

Your body loves a bedtime 😴

Most of us think about how much sleep we get, but when we sleep matters too.

Your body likes rhythm. Going to bed around the same time each night helps your internal clock know when it’s time to wind down, recover, and prepare for the next day.

It doesn’t have to be perfect.

If your bedtime is all over the place right now, try moving it just 15–30 minutes earlier and keeping it fairly consistent for a week.

Small changes count.

Your body likes rhythm more than perfection.

When sleep, meals, movement, and recovery are fairly consistent, your body doesn’t have to keep guessing what’s coming next.

That kind of rhythm can support steadier energy, better sleep, digestion, mood, and a calmer nervous system.

You do not need a rigid schedule.

You just need a few habits your body can count on.
