For the past two weeks I have been taking time to breathe. My work, personal, and social life have been hectic and after having a full schedule for so long, I decided it was necessary to take it easy and try to relax. After the less than stellar start to this journey, I was determined to make certain that week two would be a significant improvement - and it was. I meal prepped, worked out, and made time to spend with the boyfriend, friends and family. Was it the prefect week for dieting and exercise? Not at all. Well, week one is down and I have to say I didn't do as well as I intended. I did not meal prep, I did not stay under my calorie goal every day, and I did not exercise like I wanted to.
