Most doctors stop testing for EBV after you turn 25, but the virus doesn't stop affecting you.

Up to 95% of people carry Epstein-Barr Virus, and for many, it reactivates and shows up as fatigue, brain fog, swollen nodes, or low-grade fever that gets labeled as burnout, anxiety, or stress.

A standard monospot test won't catch reactivation. An EBV serology panel and a deeper look at thyroid function, autoimmunity, and nervous system health might tell a very different story.

Box breathing is a simple way to pause, reset, and bring more balance to your day.

It’s a structured breathing pattern often used as a grounding tool when life feels busy, overstimulating, or hard to slow down. No equipment, no special setup, just your breath and a few intentional moments.

Here's how to do it:

• Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
• Hold for 4 seconds
• Exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds
• Hold for 4 seconds
• Repeat for 5-10 minutes

This practice is less about doing it “perfectly” and more about giving your body a consistent signal to slow down and reset.
