Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of McAllen We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

For some, that may mean regaining strength after an illness or injury. For others, it may mean greater independence, renewed confidence, or simply having the support to enjoy each day to its fullest.

🎳💙 This week, patients and residents enjoyed a fun-filled outing! From rolling strikes and eating pizza to celebrating each pin knocked over and game played, there was plenty of friendly competition, laughter, and teamwork.
