Oncology makes the best field for me where I practice my skills and provide care for my patients. I have worked for 4 years in oncology drug development in addition to my official fellowship training in hematology and in oncology. This means, I work with patients who needs cli
nical trials. Those patients are very worried and can be very sick from burden of disease or accompanying illness. My goal is treat the patient and try to find a drug ( still in the phase of a trial) to any cancer patient comes to my practice. I work with various sponsors to develop a program in the Detroit Suburbs to patients living in 50-100 miles radius. I believe clinical trials is best delivered in private practice lead by physicians where red tape is minimized so study activation time is vastly shortened. The practice opens November 1st.
