Movement is one of the greatest investments you can make in your health. You don't have to be perfect, fast, or athletic. You simply have to move. Every step, stretch, and workout helps build strength, energy, and resilience.

🥗 Plant-Based Recipe:
Power Green Smoothie:

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon flaxseed
½ cup frozen mango
*1 scoop of CWC Protein Powder or 2scoops of CWC Super Greens (for purpose)

Directions: Blend until smooth and enjoy a refreshing nutrient-packed boost.
