📣 WE’RE HIRING! | Patient Service Representatives

STATCare is currently seeking dependable, friendly, and professional individuals to join our team as Patient Service Representatives.

We are currently hiring for both:
• Full-Time
• Part-Time

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Checking patients in and out
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Collecting co-payments and co-insurance amounts
• Answering and routing telephone calls to the appropriate staff members
• Providing friendly, professional service to our patients

🕐 Shift Information & Availability

Our clinic hours require flexible availability.

Weekday shifts may begin as early as 7:15 a.m. and may run until 6:30 p.m., or slightly later if patients are still completing their visits.

This position also requires availability to work two Saturdays per month from 7:15 a.m. until noon, or slightly later if patients are still completing their visits.
