Gearing up for mental health awareness in May and celebrating with the kickoff of our postpartum support group! This group was so special to me last year and I’m so excited to offer it again!

This monthly support group begins May 12th!

✨Topics include:
•Maternal mental health
•Managing routines and relationships
•Stress reduction and anxiety management
•Mom rage
•Infant development
•Infant massage and more!

This is a baby friendly group, but you can also come alone-whatever YOU need! ☺️
