We open up the garage door and use the space outdoors as well- There is still room in the Wednesday 5:30 pm class! Other classes just have 1 or 2 spots available class-to-class.

Intro to Tai Chi will be a 3-class mini series on the basics of Tai Chi! Come learn a fun, super low impact way to move your body and calm your mind 😌

Try it Tuesdays 9:00-9:30
- June 30th
- July 7
- July 14

Class details:
This 3 class series include warm-up and cool downs, mindful stepping, and easy simple forms building on each class. Wear loose fitting clothes and bring 'indoor' flat shoes suitable for exercising; street shoes need to be removed so please bring a clean pair.

✨Classes this week!✨

As we close out a busy month of May, keep an eye on the schedule. Some of the instructors will have to cancel classes to go out of town or for other obligations! All classes are up to date on Mindbody 🙂

This week, all classes taught by Katie are cancelled Wednesday through the end of the week. So NO REFORMER classes or private sessions all of Wednesday and Thursday!
