Standing Boy 3 Race Challenge!!

My 1st ever 3 days of racing!!

Absolutely a challenge! I cried, I chaffed, I swore (at myself for signing up), BUT I FINISHED!
Don’t think this one will be a regular race for me!! 44 miles is A LOT on these trails.

Day 1: Night Vertical Challenge 5k
Day 2. Trail 10 Miler
Day 3: Trail 50k (31 Miler)
And why YES I won a 44 miler coaster!! Soooo worth it! 😊

Let’s talk about the pain in your arse…. And it is not your spouse! 🙄lol

“SCIATICA” .. is a sharp, radiating pain that stems from the low back & travels down the leg. It is caused by irritation or compression of the sciatic nerve (yep the largest nerve in the body) often from a herniated/bulging disc or spinal stenosis (narrowing or arthritis).
The pain can feel like dull ache or an electrical shock. You can experience numbness, tingling or muscle weakness in the leg or feet.

Pain is worse with sitting, coughing or even sneezing.

Treatment includes chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, cold therapy and exercise/stretches.
