Sometimes the smallest wishes turn into the most unforgettable moments. 💛

Today, the Southern Grace Hospice team, along with Mr. Forrest "Frosty" Davis’ family and friends, came together to make a very special wish come true.

Mr. Davis, who played defensive tackle for Georgia Tech from 1966 through 1970, was able to return to the field at Bobby Dodd Stadium at Historic Grant Field once again.

The day was filled with joy, laughter, storytelling, and heartfelt memories as Forrest reflected on his years playing the game he loved so much. Surrounded by family, friends, and his Southern Grace team, he was able to relive such a meaningful part of his life while creating new memories with the people who matter most.

At Southern Grace, we believe some of the most important care we can provide comes through moments like these. Moments of connection. Moments of happiness. Moments that remind our patients and families that their stories matter.

It was truly an honor to help make this wish possible.

A special thank you to the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets for welcoming Mr. Davis back with such kindness and helping create a memory that will stay with his loved ones forever. 💛🐝

Happy National EMS Week to the brave men and women who answer the call without hesitation and show up on some of life’s hardest days with skill, courage, and compassion.

At Southern Grace, we are proud to honor the heroes who serve our community day and night.

Did you know every firefighter with Henry County Fire Rescue and the City of McDonough fire department are dually trained in both structural firefighting and emergency medical services? That means the same people fighting fires are also providing lifesaving medical care when seconds matter most. 🚒🚑

102 years old… what an incredible gift and legacy! Ms. Leola has lived through more than a century of history, love, change, and memories. She has witnessed generations grow, watched the world transform in ways most of us can’t even imagine, and carries wisdom that only comes from a life so beautifully lived.

From seeing the rise of television, airplanes, and the internet to living through moments in history most of us only read about in books, her life is truly something to celebrate!
