Chocolate craving? We've got you.
At Aylo Health, we believe healthy eating should feel satisfying, not like a compromise. That's exactly what these chocolate Greek yogurt covered blueberries deliver.
Here's why we love them:
🫐 Blueberries are rich in antioxidants that support brain health and cognitive function
🫐 Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein and gut-friendly probiotics
🫐 Chocolate coating satisfies cravings the right way, no ultra-processed ingredients required

The recipe is simple: coat fresh blueberries in Greek yogurt, freeze until set, dip in homemade chocolate sauce, and enjoy. And if you need any more convincing, our team liked these so much after filming that we went ahead and made them again as an afternoon snack.

Next time a sweet craving hits, give these a try. Your brain and your taste buds will both thank you.

A little forgetfulness as we age is completely normal. But how do you know when it's more than that?
Dr. Regan Frake, physician at Aylo Health, explains it this way: the question isn't just whether you're forgetful, it's whether something has changed from your normal baseline.
If you've always been a little forgetful, that's likely nothing to worry about. But if your memory has noticeably declined from where it used to be, or if people close to you are starting to comment on changes they're seeing, that's worth paying attention to.
Memory changes can feel frightening, for you and for the people who love you. But the first step is simply having an honest conversation with your provider. You deserve answers, and you don't have to navigate this alone. 🧡

At Aylo Health, we love finding ways to make healthy eating feel like a treat, and these smoothie pops do exactly that.
Here's what goes in:
☀️ Frozen bananas
☀️ Frozen strawberries
☀️ Full-fat Greek yogurt
☀️ Almond milk
☀️ A drizzle of honey

What makes these stand out from a typical frozen treat? The full-fat Greek yogurt adds protein to keep you satisfied longer, and because the sweetness comes naturally from fruit, these pops won't cause the blood sugar spike that comes with most summer sweets. A win for kids and adults alike.
Blend everything together, pour into molds, freeze for two to three hours, and you've got a snack worth smiling about.
Will you be trying these this summer? Drop a 🍦 in the comments if you're in!

Has your hair been looking or feeling different lately?
Dr. Rachel Jacobs wants you to know that hair loss is more common than you think, and more often than not, there's an underlying reason behind it.
Common causes include:
🟠 Vitamin or iron deficiencies
🟠 Stress and lack of sleep
🟠 Repeatedly wearing hair in tight styles or the same position
🟠 Hormonal changes
🟠 Genetics, including male and female pattern hair loss

Hair changes like dryness, thinning, or increased shedding are your body's way of communicating that something may be off. The sooner you understand what's behind it, the sooner you can start feeling and looking like yourself again.
Your hair health is part of your overall health, and it deserves attention.

Have you been feeling exhausted lately, even when you're getting enough sleep?
It could be anemia. Dr. Jacobs explain that anemia is a decrease in red blood cells in the body, most commonly caused by iron deficiency. And the symptoms can be easy to overlook or write off as everyday stress.
Here's what to watch for:
🟠 Persistent fatigue
🟠 Shortness of breath
🟠 Increased heart rate
🟠 Tingling in the fingers
🟠 Frequent headaches
🟠 Hair changes
🟠 Cravings for ice
Sound familiar? The good news is that anemia is easy to diagnose with a simple blood test and very treatable with the right care. Don't wait to find out, your energy and wellbeing are worth it.

Are you ready for the Georgia summer sun?
Sunburn is more than just a temporary irritation. It’s a sign your skin has been damaged by too much UV exposure. In more serious cases, it can lead to sun poisoning, which may cause:
☀️ Blistering skin
☀️ Nausea or fever
☀️ Swelling
☀️ Dizziness or confusion
The good news? It’s preventable.
✔️ Use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher
✔️ Take extra precautions between 10 AM and 4 PM
If symptoms become severe or don’t improve within a day or two, it’s important to get evaluated. We’re here to help you stay safe and protected this summer.
