They are spectacular !!! For about the last twenty years I have been making my own soap, my children and I have sensitive skin that is irritated by the harsh chemicals in the store bought kind. We use different oils, milks, clays and tallow in the mix for their differing properties, some soaps lather more than others, or hydrate more than another kind, but each have their own purpose. For more ind

ividual needs we may have special soaps. Needs such as acne in the teen years, dry skin during the summer, and oily skin which is a problem for some. Also, we will soon we will be growing our own herbs and making our own essential oils and drying them . Herbs have many varying effects, some are fantastic astingents, cleansers, insect repellent, skin softener, soothing, abrasive, mildly antiseptic, but besides those, they smell wonderful too.
