Last November I spent 2 weeks traveling through Spain, France and Portugal. Of course, my favorite way to experience a place is through its food.

I’m so lucky that I live in a time where almost anything you want to try has a vegan version. I was able to enjoy paella in Spain, pastries in France and pastel de nata in Portugal. We also enjoyed abundant and intricate sushi boats, 10 course tasting dinners and burgers and fries delivered to our room at midnight (thanks jet lag).

Travel is truly my biggest inspiration. Food has the ability to seduce all of our senses and transport us through space and time. I’m ready to go back to Europe. Will you join me?

Join Chef Josie Clemens and I for an unforgettable 2 part dinner series. Each night we’ll be serving up dishes that both ground us in the season and who we are, while also uplifting us into the future and the possibilities of who we may become.
Chef Josie Clemons made waves as the first vegan chef to compete on Hell’s Kitchen. She now resides in Michigan, brining her new concept Zaddy’s to life.
We both cook from a place of healing, community strengthening and utilizing nature’s gifts, while protecting our furry and feathered friends.
