Not every season of your life is going to look like growth.
Sometimes it looks like getting out of bed.
Sometimes it looks like starting again.
Sometimes it looks like taking one more step when you have absolutely no idea where the path is going.
We put so much pressure on ourselves to be thriving, evolving, healing, creating, becoming.
Or we get stuck in that same cylee without realizing we aren’t integrating and testing.
But there are seasons where simply refusing to abandon yourself is the work.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t have to feel strong.
You just have to keep choosing yourself, one day at a time.
Because continuing counts.
Even when nobody sees it.
Even when you feel like you are disappearing.
