So FESSH/ EFSHT in Basel Switzerland 🇨🇭 is a wrap! It was amazing teaching, catching up with friends, learning, dancing, laughing, making new friends, and talking about catching up all over again in the future!
This was an amazing Congress that checked every box! Thank you to everyone to worked so hard to put this together!
See you all again in a few years!!

Wrapped up day 2 of FESSH and EFSHT in Basel Switzerland 🇨🇭with 2 early lectures on 1x radial nerve and 1x scars. Always incredible to stand next to Elisabet Hagert and Tom Lattré and discuss nerves!!
Had a great time catching up with friends from all around the 🌍. Still have a bunch of friends and sessions to catch up on tomorrow!

If anyone has horses and loves my stuff you should take Stephanie’s White Horse Bodywork class. She was impressive when she came to my Little Rock class with so many approaches she was doing with horses. Now it looks like she had a whole bodywork class with horses that looks amazing!!

People always ask me about my thermal imaging camera so did a summary of my approach using it.
The people who have the most pain like the CRPS/ burns/ head injury/ concussions love it because it validates all the locations they are feeling pain and why it is in other locations away from the site of injury.
It is essential when treating complex patients in my world.

This is my absolute favorite medial elbow exercise. We usually use a theraband CLX bands -but you can do it with sports bands.
Kinda like a BFR if the band is tight 😝
Primary focus should be to correct the valgus angle which is creating tension on the muscle and ligament insertions as well as creating traction on the ulnar nerve.
It is necessary to correct the valgus angle and prevent gapping in this location and restore muscle balance especially for brachialis and LH triceps. Try it out on your baseball /softball pitchers, volleyball, golfers and ulna nerve patients.
( remember it should not be painful)
