Today we welcome the Autumn Equinox,a sacred moment when light and darkness meet in perfect balance.

Mabon reminds me to pause, breathe, and give thanks for everything I’ve harvested this year… the blessings, the lessons, the growth, and even the things I had to let go of.

So tonight, I’m setting my intentions for balance, abundance, peace, and a heart that knows when to release.

Sometimes losing what you thought was everything turns out to be the best thing that ever happened to you.

Sometimes we hold on so tightly to what we know that we unknowingly block the abundance, peace, and beautiful new beginnings waiting for us.

Letting go of what is no longer working isn’t easy. Starting over isn’t easy. Choosing yourself isn’t easy.

But it’s worth it

I would lose it all again just to be where I am today.

Today, my life is wholesome, peaceful, and filled with beautiful moments I never imagined I would experience. Looking back, I realize that what I thought was the end was actually the beginning of something so much better.

So if you’re in the middle of your own “starting over,” please don’t give up.

Keep pushing. Keep healing. Keep choosing yourself.

And remember: you matter. Your life matters. And there is still so much beauty ahead of you.

Honestly… I didn’t love the taste of mushroom coffee. But then I had the idea to mix it into my morning tea, and WOW ! it is DELICIOUS!

Here’s my cozy morning tea recipe:

• 16 oz water
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 4 cloves
• 3 peppercorns
• 1 slice fresh ginger
• 1 slice fresh turmeric
• A little nutmeg
• Cardamom, if you like
• Splash of vanilla
• Earl Grey tea (or your favorite black tea)
• Splash of milk
• 1 spoonful of rice mushroom coffee
• 1 tsp honey 🍯

How I make it:
To the water add, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns, ginger, turmeric, nutmeg, cardamom (if using), and vanilla; Bring to a boil and let those beautiful spices infuse.

Add your Earl Grey or black tea and steep. Then add a splash of milk, your mushroom coffee, and honey.

Sometimes you just have to find the right way to make something work for YOU. 💚
