Food companies have figured out that marketing claims sell products.
So now we see things like:

๐ฑ Plant-Based
โค๏ธ Heart Healthy
๐พ Whole Grain
๐ฅ Keto Friendly
๐ฟ All Natural
โจ Made With Real Ingredients
But a claim on the front of a package doesn't tell you whether a food is healthy.
The rules for many of these claims are surprisingly lenient. A product can check a marketing box and still be highly processed junk food.
Before you put it in your cart, flip it over and read the ingredient list.
๐ What's actually in it?
๐ How many additives are there?
๐ Is it food... or a food product?
Marketing claims are designed to get your attention.
Ingredients tell the real story.
Processed is still processed, even when the package is wearing a health halo. ๐
