60 minutes - $150
75 minutes - $185
90 minutes - $215

Bundles are available!

Three 60-minute sessions - $425
Five 60-minute sessions - $700
Three 75-minute sessions - $530
Five 75-minute sessions - $875
Three 90-minute sessions - $625

As always, our services are all-inclusive, no gratuities are expected for in-studio sessions. If you'd like to, consider a contribution to our Pay-It-Forward fund, to make massage therapy and myofascial release available to all.

If this adjustment presents a true challenge for you, please reach out and we will figure out an arrangement. The important thing is to receive the work!

New Offerings from Wisdom of the Woods

Two new offerings to enhance your summer!

Summer of Serenity (SOS)
We've all been feeling a little extra stress lately, so I look forward to sharing a new two-hour ritual with you. We'll start with 75 minutes on the table, your choice of modalities, then we will enjoy a tea ceremony together, and some rituals and practices to support you in feeling grounded and rejuvenated. You'll leave feeling lighter and nourished on all levels!
Two-hour experience, $225 (all inclusive).
Myofascial Release for kids - I'm thrilled to announce that I'm now offering MFR for pediatric clients. Kids on the spectrum, those experiencing digestive issues, sleep challenges, anxiety, toe-walkers, etc. - all can find benefit from this work. Reach out to discuss your specific needs and let's find relief!
