I’m in the camp that AI is here to stay, women are being disproportionately affected and we must learn how to use these models more efficiently.

I also lean heavily on these platforms to run multiple aspects of my businesses. Through experience, I have learned how to get my outputs with less back and forth. I can now prompt LLMs once and get the desired result.

Here’s what most people get wrong: they open a new chat every time and start from scratch. No context. No direction. Just a prompt and a dream.

So the AI guesses. And you get something generic that sounds nothing like you. Then you spend 20 minutes editing something that should have taken 2.

The fix is a context document.

One document that tells your AI who you are — your voice, your audience, your values, what you’d never say. You fill it out once. You paste it at the top of every conversation. And suddenly your AI isn’t guessing anymore.

Less back and forth. Fewer prompts. Better output the first time.

I built one specifically for women running multi-hyphenate businesses. This will save you time and will definitely save you tokens. We can’t bury our heads in the sand so let’s get smarter together.

Comment CONTEXT and I’ll send the details straight to your inbox. Cheers 🥂

I stand by my word, always. I only share brands, products and services that I ENJOY.

A shoutout to because I use the phrase, “I don’t ENJOY that person/place/thing,” more than I can accurately count. I will always be grateful to you for that reframe.

Cheers, beautiful people.

There’s something really empowering about walking away from things that just doesn’t fit you anymore.

I really struggled with the decision because nobody likes change. Change is uncomfortable but that’s why mentors and community are so important. You need someone to tell it to you straight.

Cheers to the women in my corner. Stick around, following along, and go subscribe to my substack.

Comment BUILD and I’ll send you all the details. Cheers besties.

Today is my birthday. Yes, I was born on Memorial Day, to two Marine officers. It’s also the day I officially burn down a brand I’ve spent 15 years building.

LiftLikeAMother gave me so much. Coaching, competition, community, credibility, $10K months, a leased Lincoln and loads of lived experiences.

It also gave me 15 years of watching women find strength in themselves and that will always mean more than I can articulate.

But it started to feel restrictive and I don’t do well in those conditions.

So here we are. She’s Built Different is live. One free post a week, one paid post that goes deeper — frameworks, numbers, the real stuff I’ve never shared publicly. If you’re building something (a business, a brand, a nonprofit, a life), you’re in the right place.

Comment READ to have the whole story sent to your inbox. Thank you for sticking around. I promise it will be worth it.

Slowly wearing my husband down that old school marketing is DEAD and content creators are the future.

UGC and customer-driven content that is personal catches eyes.

No one wants overly-scripted, impersonal commercials.

Get on board, baby.
