📣 WE’RE HIRING: FRONT DESK PERSONNEL

Namaste Wellness & Aesthetics is looking for a dependable, motivated, and organized individual to join our front desk team!

We want to be completely transparent: we are a very busy, high-volume medical office. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently multitask, and remains professional and friendly under pressure.

The ideal candidate is:

✨ Dependable and punctual
✨ Friendly with excellent customer service skills
✨ Comfortable managing busy phone lines and patient check-in/check-out
✨ Organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities
✨ A quick learner who takes initiative
✨ Comfortable working with computers and electronic medical records
✨ Able to work well independently and as part of a team

Previous medical office or front desk experience is strongly preferred. Bilingual applicants are always a plus!
