Starting over feels productive.
Until you realize how much energy it takes.
The first workout back.
The soreness.
The self-doubt.

GLP-1 medications are changing the conversation around weight loss, and for many people, they can be incredibly helpful. But one thing we are seeing more and more is the belief that if the medication works, nutrition coaching is no longer necessary.

In reality, this is often when support matters most.

When appetite changes, eating habits change too. Many people suddenly find themselves eating far less, struggling to get enough protein, feeling low on energy, or realizing they still don’t know how to build meals that support their goals long term. The medication may help reduce hunger, but it doesn’t automatically build routines, improve mindset, or teach someone how to navigate real life situations like stress, busy schedules, vacations, emotional eating, or maintenance.

At MAC Nutrition Coaching, we believe medication can be a tool. Coaching helps you learn how to use that tool in a way that supports your health for the long haul.

Did May leave anyone else feeling like life was moving a little too fast?

Schedules filled up. School events took over. Travel, work, and family commitments piled on. Before long, workouts, nutrition, and the things that help us feel our best got pushed aside.

That’s why June is the perfect time for a reset.

At Mac-Town, we’ve learned something after years of coaching people through every season of life:

Consistency isn’t built on motivation.

It’s built on showing up when motivation isn’t there.

The people who make progress aren’t always the most motivated. They’re the ones who keep taking the next step, even on the busy days, the stressful days, and the days they don’t feel like it.

June doesn’t need to be perfect.

It just needs to be the month you start showing up again.

Join us at Mac-Town Fitness Co.'s Youth Performance Camp!

Over 8 action-packed sessions, athletes will build speed, agility, coordination, confidence, and learn the fundamentals of strength training in a positive, supportive environment.

Age Groups:
• Ages 7-10: 9:30-10:15 AM
• Ages 11-13: 10:30-11:30 AM

Dates:
July 13-16 & July 20-23

Cost:
$100
$50 for each additional family member

Some people think being healthy means running on empty.
Skipping meals.
Living on coffee.
Dragging through the day thinking exhaustion is normal.
But your body was never meant to survive like that.
Good nutrition should help you show up for your workouts, your work, your family, and your life with energy left in the tank.
The goal is not to feel drained by 3 PM.
It is not to “earn” your food.
And it is definitely not to crash after every busy day.
Proper fueling changes everything.
Better focus.
Better recovery.
Better moods.
