Spring reminds us that growth doesn’t have to be rushed—it just has to be allowed.

After seasons of stillness, heaviness, or even survival… the body begins to soften, open, and move again. Just like these blooms reaching toward the light, we’re meant to unfold in our own time.

In my work, I see this every day—tight shoulders learning to release, breath deepening, nervous systems finally feeling safe enough to rest.

Growth is movement.
Movement is healing.
And sometimes the most powerful thing you can do… is simply begin again.

If your body is asking for support this season, I’m here for you 🤍

Ice days = couch days + snack days 🧊🍿

If your body is feeling a little stiff (or a lot snack-inflated 😅), I’ve got a rare opening tomorrow from 2:45–3:45 for massage!

Come thaw out, stretch out, and feel human again.

Message me to grab it!

Sometimes the most powerful healing doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from slowing down enough to listen.

Your body is always communicating: where you’re holding, where you’re tired, where you need care.

Massage isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about creating space for your nervous system to exhale and your body to remember what ease feels like.

Rest is not a reward.
It’s a necessity.

If your body has been asking for a pause, I’m here.

🤍

To my wonderful clients and community -

In light of the City of Mebane’s latest mandates, I’ll be temporarily closing my massage practice until further notice.

I’ll be using this time to support my mama and help out at The Curious Peddler, as we’re dealing with flooding and water damage to both the store and the warehouse. It’s been a wild ride this week, but I’m so grateful to be part of a town that shows up for one another.

Please keep Mebane and all our small businesses in your thoughts—we’re facing a lot of uncertainty right now, but we’re tougher than red clay.

I’ll be back as soon as I can, with clean sheets, warm hands, and open arms.

Take care of yourselves,

Kate 💞
