So post hyster- surgery I developed a lot of abdominal weakness. I have done PT to some success. But I honestly notice the instability in standing up. A LOT. Never the same way so itβs hard to counter or correct. But THIS plan is brilliant, I love how she ties it back in to how we learned to crawl in the first place. I have added this to my routine and I have a great feeling that this will help.
