It was an emotional day today! A wonderful man was laid to rest. His life was celebrated and honored. I am grateful to have known him. 🙏 I needed to stop by Ace Hardware on the way home and spent most of my time listening to all the chimes. So beautiful, soothing & Angelic. Sidney always called me Angelica. Rest in Peace.

Hello friends! I have had questions from many of you that weren't able to attend the last Sound Bath-" Protect Your Energy". Asking for practices to help you to protect your energy. As energetic beings, we emit and absorb energies from each other. Eating healthy, exercising, getting a good night’s sleep and rest all help in conserving and preserving our physical energies, but equally important is intentionally being mindful and aware of your energy. Noticing how it is affected when you are around people, places & situations.

Who we surround ourselves with and the energies they bring is an important consideration. I can be the most positive and upbeat person but if all I am doing is absorbing someone’s negative energy, I am allowing them to deplete my positive energy. This is when to call in these simple practices!

I love offer Wellness in our Community. I put my Heart & Soul into each and every Session. It's alot of work (preparing, packing up & unpacking x's 2) but so very worth it. Thank you for sharing space with me! ❤️ And of course there's my own Sound Bath driving to and from each venue. 🎵🎶🤣
