I am so glad you are here!

(We all know that is half the battle! HA!)

MY CLASS IS FREE TO OUR COMMUNITY!!! I do have a small donation box at the sign in counter that send all donations to the church ... but I would MUCH rather have people come to class and not worry about the money aspect ... So please join us! My class is a 1 hour dance class that is held on Monday evenings from 7 to 8pm at Fairmount Christian Church. (P

I will post by 12pm on Mondays if I won't be holding class for some reason (snow, sickness, etc ...). PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK before making the trip! I am blessed that in five years I have never had to cancel due to sickness.🙃

REFIT was designed to support our minds, bodies, and spirits! My goal is to simply have you leave feelin' better than when you walked in ... We always do!

Don't worry about dance skills or health issues ... Everything can be modified to fit your abilities! Hello, Everyone!👋😃

Just a friendly reminder that there will be NO REFIT tonight (6.8.26) due to Fairmount Christian Church's annual Vacation Bible Study! My whole family will be doing security, so if you wanna bring yourself and/or your kiddos, WE GOTCHA COVERED! 😉👍...

(VBS runs the 7th to the 11th - 6:30pm to 8:30pm ... Drop offs welcome! Adult study and dinner also provided!)

Hey, Everyone! I am sorry to say class is canceled tonight. In a suite now. I am in CA for a memorial for my sister-in-law.

It is 1am and I have switched hotel rooms 3 times due to noise since I got here (Hilton). I got in bed (again) and remembered the time difference so got up to post this for you.

My phone screen is flashing at me and I can barely see (maybe from stuffing in my backpack with charger on it to change rooms again), so please forgive any typos! Off to Verizon tomorrow BECAUSE I NEED TO GET HOME! 🫣
