It’s been awhile since we’ve made a post.
Today’s foot care session is a great reminder for an education moment.
Please check on the feet of your elderly parents and grandparents, or those who depend heavily on you providing personal care.
This case presented not only with great need for nail and skin management but the second and third toe on the right foot had signs of constriction due to what appeared to be sewing thread that was encrusted and embedded in the skin.
My message for all caregivers, family members and medical professionals. Please check on the health and overall condition of the feet and lower extremities!
