Steal this mini Yin Yoga sequence for me and everybody is going to love it! ❤️
1. Lie on your back with a bolster under the knees and another under the upper back. Optional eye pillow.
2. Bring the soles of the feet together and let the knees open wide on the bolster.
3. Turn around and elevate the legs for a reset, using the other bolster as a pillow under your head.
4. Deer Pose - everyone's favorite!
Both knees bent, one leg in front and one behind. Fold forward over the front thigh for a deep hip stretch and an ultimate bliss 😊
