I love this so much I can't stop loving it. From Giuls at Carella Events & Consulting:

Yesterday was day 1 of a multi-day experience at a local elementary school with a strong SEL (social-emotional learning) initiative, where I’m doing individual sound bath sessions for every class!

Even the wiggliest little kindergarteners melted into the floor by the end! Watching them soften, slow down, breathe deeper, and truly feel the vibrations was such a reminder that nervous system support starts young.
Some of the kids were so calm afterward, and you could really feel the shift in the room. So grateful to create spaces like this for children to rest, regulate, and just be!!!
