And honestly,
This is where the real transformation begins.
💛 CONTROL
Supports metabolism, hunger balance, thermogenesis, and hormone support.
For me, this is also about gaining control over emotional eating, stress eating, and old habits.
💚 REGULATE
Supports healthy glucose and GLP levels while helping the body find balance.
This phase focuses on stabilizing energy, cravings, appetite, and creating consistency instead of extremes.
💙 DETOX
Supports liver and kidney function while helping the body reset.
But detox isn’t only physical… it’s emotional and mental too. Letting go of unhealthy patterns, self-sabotage, and negative self-talk.
This maintenance phase allows the introduction of 3 meals again, but honestly… I’ve grown to love intermittent fasting and how much better I feel doing it.
So now I level up. 💪
✔️ Increased my walks in the park to 1 hour
✔️ Increasing exercise, higher intensity
✔️ Building sustainable habits
✔️ Focusing on long-term wellness, not perfection
