Have you ever looked back at your own body during an out-of-body experience?

One of the things that still fascinates me most is turning around and seeing my physical body lying in bed while my awareness remains completely intact.

It never gets old.

For me, it's a profound reminder that consciousness doesn't begin or end with the physical body. It's one of the experiences that completely changed how I understand life, death, and who we really are.
