Hi everyone! It’s been a few years and since then we’ve moved a couple of times and added a couple more kiddos to our family. 🥰 I am excited to share that I have relocated back to the Rogue Valley and am reopening my practice this week!

I am located inside Anytime Fitness at 3564 Lone Pine Rd in Medford. I will be catering to the late evening hours starting at 5pm during the weekdays and will be available Saturday’s.

I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, myofacial release and trigger point therapy. I work with motor vehicle accident claims and will provide a discount for Anytime Fitness members.
