Jeff will be baking his unique whole wheat sourdough Einkorn sandwich bread and offering samples Saturday May 23rd. I will share my recipe and some ideas I learned in my sourdough journey.
I will make extra starter to give away for those that want to try making homemade sourdough.
Please bring a small container for this sample. It is from 100% organic Einkorn freshly ground by JLAR Valley. It is mature and you will be able to keep it for years.
