Join us for a nourishing blend of gentle movement and meditative art designed to help you release stress,
restore balance, and welcome the renewing energy of the New Moon.
Perfect for beginners, this workshop offers an introduction to the ancient Chinese practice of QiGong
and the healing power of mandalas. Through simple, easy-to-follow QiGong exercises, you'll learn
techniques to calm the mind, release tension, clear stagnant energy, and refresh your spirit.
You will also be introduced to a therapeutic mandala practice and create your own unique mandala as a
tool for reflection, emotional healing, and renewal. As you draw, you'll be invited to reflect on what
you'd like to release and what you wish to welcome into your life during the New Moon cycle.
Through this mindful and creative process, you'll have an opportunity to gain a fresh perspective and
connect with your inner wisdom. Together, we will create a space of connection, encouragement, and
mutual inspiration while honoring each person's individual journey.

Allie is a board-certified acupuncturist who is passionate about helping people reconnect with their health and well-being. She believes that healing happens when patients feel truly heard, supported, and empowered, and she strives to create a welcoming environment where each person feels comfortable, respected, and cared for. Drawing from both traditional healing systems and modern integrative medicine, Allie takes a personalized approach to treatment, working closely with each patient to address their unique concerns and support both immediate relief and long-term wellness.

Allie earned her Master of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) at MCPHS. Her training encompasses a range of East Asian and Western therapeutic approaches, which can help alleviate pain, reduce stress, improve circulation, and support the body's natural healing processes. She has a special interest in women's health, including menstrual health, hormonal balance, fertility support, pregnancy, and postpartum care.
Before pursuing graduate studies in Chinese medicine, Allie earned a Bachelor of Science in Wellness and Alternative Medicine from Northern Vermont University, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based complementary and integrative healthcare. Prior to entering clinical practice, she worked as an Office Administrative Assistant and Herbal Dispensary Manager at Tai Chi Acupuncture and Wellness, where she cultivated a deep appreciation for patient-centered care.

Outside the clinic, Allie enjoys herbalism, gardening, farmers' markets, community wellness initiatives, and spending time in nature.
