I am beyond excited to host Jenna Hill, owner and practitioner of Room2Breathe at my Reiki space!
I have attended 2 sessions and they are truly unique. I have done a lot of breathwork in my life, but never anything like this. It opened up so much for me and helped me move through things that I had been in the thick of for a long time.
It is a truly unique experience to be in a group of humans, all present to find healing but to have privacy within that group. There is a sort of perfection in that, I think.
Jenna has a natural intuitive gift which makes her a wonderful facilitator. She creates her sessions thoughtfully and with deep intention and if you are lucky enough to experience her creation AND her voice, you will indeed have an experience you will not forget.

There’s something about being in a shared space with people who are just… showing up as they are.

No fixing.
No performing.
No needing to be anything other than human.

That kind of space is rare and really powerful.

A common question:

What will I feel during a Reiki session?

There isn’t one right experience.

Some people feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of heaviness or lightness.

Some people have emotions arise.

Some feel their breath slow, their body soften, or their mind finally quiet down.

Some people don’t feel much at all in the moment — and still notice shifts later.

There’s no “doing it right.”

You don’t have to feel something specific for the session to be effective.

Your body responds in its own way, on its own timeline.

And no matter what, when you have a Reiki appointment, you get NINETY whole minutes that are just about you. No where to be, no one to take care of, no decisions to be made. And who doesn't need that?!

Wondering what I’m actually paying attention to during a Reiki session?

I’m noticing your breath.
Where your body softens… and where it doesn’t.
Where things feel open, and where they feel guarded.

Safety is a big part of what I’m paying attention to.

Physical safety. Energetic safety. Emotional safety.

By creating a space where your body knows it has permission to release and receive, I’m able to listen in a way that goes beyond just the physical.

Subtle shifts. Changes in energy. What’s asking for attention and what’s not ready yet.

I’m present to guide the session.

But your body is in charge.

I am for sure going to need a cloak! I have always wanted to stride majestically but since I have short legs, this is not usually the effect I get. I think the cloak will for sure fix that! Also, I need pockets for all my rocks and my lip balm.
