If your hearing aids aren't working, they most likely just need to be cleaned. here is how you can clean Oticon Intent miniRITE hearing aids.

These hearing aids are a type of RITE - receiver in the ear model. They can also be called RIC - receiver in the canal. No matter the brand, cleaning these types of hearing aids is the same; they just have different sizes of domes and filters made for them.

If your hearing aids aren't working, they most likely just need to be cleaned - here is how you can clean Resound Vivia, Resound Savi (this are the newest Resound models as of 2025) and Resound Nexia (that's the previous model) The Nexia has the same body, except yours might not have the microphone filters. But it definitely has the speaker, also called the receiver, filters.

Nobody "needs" hearing aids, we can live with hearing impairment, but it will affect us, often in ways we don't even notice - usually in ways that affect our relationships with other people.
