We all go through difficult times in our lives. When we go through those experiences there is always a lesson that you are being shown.
Of course, there is the stages of processing that we need to feel through these experiences.
It is when we can take that experience and present with the outcome knowing you are stronger. Stronger because you survived. Stronger because you can take that story and be able to share how you moved through that difficult time. So that you can help someone else during their difficult time.
